They’re doing it again. Police in Los Angeles have clearly been told to stand down as rioters wreck the city, openly declaring war on ICE and federal buildings. Since his first term in 2020, President Trump appears to have learned and is fighting back with the National Guard this time. Nevertheless, it makes clear how we’re truly in a civil war in America. The fog of denial in most people hasn’t yet lifted. But it will, as things worsen. Leftism is too much a part of states like California and cities like L.A. They will never surrender.
Unless we start arresting Communists and fascists (like the L.A. mayor and California governor) who order the police to let rioters have unfettered control over civilization when it serves a power narrative and lines their pockets, I’m afraid the civil war will keep getting worse. Right now, leftists are like an annoyed and terrified rattlesnake. We’re annoying and taunting the beast, but doing nothing to eradicate it. Sooner or later it’s going to strike a lethal blow. We have to defeat the totalitarians in plain sight decisively and permanently, if this country can ever hope to move on.
