“Hunter Biden negotiating about his appearances before Congress.” The media writes about it, like there’s actually some suspense.
There’s nothing suspenseful about it. The government is controlled by one party — a bunch of fascist dictators with no regard or respect whatsoever for individual rights, objective law or the Constitution. They are a government unto themselves.
Most people — or at least, most conservatives/dissidents — understand this fact. But the same conservatives/dissidents watch with eager suspense as to what will happen to Hunter Biden, and all the rest.
Hunter Biden’s fate is not in the hands of anything like objective justice. At most, it’s in the hands of Party officials who will make the final decision as to whether the Biden family is in, or out. But that’s the only show to be watching.
Looking at America’s political scene today is kind of like watching an old-time television series. Not the contemporary kind on HBO, Netflix or Amazon, where a major character could be “offed” at any time. But the old kind, where you already knew the contracts had been signed and they can’t write the star out of the series. So when there’s a suspenseful moment where one of the stars seems like he’s going to be killed, you think, “Well, he’s the star of the show. They can’t kill him off.” It’s similar even with today’s shows, where you know the lead characters can’t go too far away.
That’s how it is with American politics. The Bidens are here to stay. Until the people who put them in there see differently. By “the people,” I don’t mean the voters. The voters have some say, but not the final say, as we learned in 2020 when the vote count abruptly shifted in Philadelphia, Phoenix and Atlanta, transforming a Trump victory into a Biden win.
Hunter Biden has nothing to fear from the American people, nor from the well-meaning people in Congress who seek to hold him accountable for even one tiny thing in his pitiful life.
Hunter Biden will go down when the cronies who run the Party say it’s time. And not a minute sooner.
