“Secretary of Transportation” Buttigieg says DOT investigating why Delta Air Lines passengers remained on plane in extreme heat
Two questions:
1) Why do we expect the unaccountable, incompetent federal government to do what only private, for-profit, accountable companies can do — run airlines and airports?
2) If you insist on placing the responsibility for running airlines and airports in the hands of one unaccountable bureaucrat, shouldn’t you at least pick a bureaucrat with extensive airline experience, as opposed to picking someone solely for his sexual orientation?
We know how this ends. It will be blamed on climate change. “Capitalism causes heat. Only the impoverishment of Communism can save us from it.”
