You can’t CHANGE others. You can TRAIN them.
You can TRAIN them by showing them what you will not tolerate. You can refuse to tolerate their actions, and you can withdraw your presence when their actions bother you.
You might or might not like the reaction. But it’s a choice you have.
You cannot make another want to be trained. You cannot force another to be trained against his will. But you always have command and control of your choices and actions in the presence of another. Absent the point of a gun, you can convey whatever you wish to convey.
Choose wisely, of course. But never forget what your choices are.
