Everything Donald Trump is doing is what I voted for. For the first time in my life (I am nearly 63) I do not want my vote back. I have no regrets whatsoever. However, I do think people with my perspective will look back in 5-10 years and conclude, “Donald Trump was too moderate; too easy. These woke totalitarians are more evil than we knew even in 2026.”
But I understand: things have to play out. It’s just the way it is — whether in an individual life, a marriage, a family or a whole society … Things simply have to play out. My view: Things will get worse before they get better. The powers that be will not go quietly or willingly. I don’t believe they will be imprisoned or impaired when Trump leaves office. The empire will strike back, in some form, and the form it takes will be brutal and ugly. This doesn’t mean they will win. The left, the RINOs, the Establishment are ugly, irrational and weak forces for evil. They can never win, unless the good side gives up. Because of the unprecedented experience given to us by America’s founders — the men of the Enlightenment who created the nation of the Enlightenment — I truly believe that life on earth will never be the same. Thanks to the last 250 years, we will always have an example of what to fight for, no matter what happens next.
Call it MAGA or call it the second American Revolution. Or call it fighting for the future by living in it today. One way or another, the good will eventually prevail. But the evil we’re up against right now, which is really a gathering storm, will have to be defeated first. And when I say defeated, I mean crushed. It will be.
