It’s wise to have boundaries. What’s a personal boundary? It’s a non-negotiable. It’s what you refuse to permit or participate in, as a recognition that you alone are sovereign over your life.
You communicate boundaries primarily through action. Words are fine, but actions prove that you really mean it.
Boundaries discourage predatory people from moving into your life.
Speaking of boundaries…
Rural (mostly Republican) Virginia counties will not be prosecuting the state’s brazenly anti-Second Amendment edict issued by their Communist-totalitarian governor.
Several Virginia Commonwealth’s Attorneys (chief local prosecutors) have stated they will not enforce a newly enacted state law that bans the sale, transfer, and manufacture of certain semi-automatic firearms and high-capacity magazines. Citing constitutional concerns, these local officials argue the restrictions infringe upon the Second Amendment.
At least seven local prosecutors have publicly announced non-enforcement policies for the legislation, which is set to take effect on July 1. The counties are: Spotsylvania, Powhatan, Pulaski, Warren, Goochland, Smyth and Scott.
It’s a proper policy, when no other option remains.
If state governments will not uphold the Constitution and its Bill of Rights — then the people must defy their state governments. Ditto for the federal government. If Trump is followed by a fascist, Communist or otherwise anti-Constitution regime in D.C. — then we’re done with the federal government. It’s as simple as that.
If you don’t like it, then stop supporting totalitarians.
