Vice President JD Vance called on Americans to “reject the view” of the United States that sees only the sins of the nation, instead of “its grace and its greatness.”
What do critics of the U.S. see as optimal? Somalia? Communist China? Iran? Venezuela? Haiti? Greece, France, the U.K.? If every nation on earth is superior to the United States, then what makes these countries better — though not better enough to relocate there?
It’s interesting that no definition of “better” is ever provided.

“The mind once enlightened cannot again become dark.” (Thomas Paine)
Millions are on to the thuggery and thievery of our utterly corrupt government, its soul-sucking bureaucracy and parasitical career politicians. Their exposure will be Donald Trump’s most important legacy. However this all plays out, business as usual will not return.
Happy 250th, nation of The Enlightenment.
