“All liberty is individual liberty.” Absolutely right, but not how it works today. Today the powerful, the armed and the morally pretentious get unlimited liberty to violate liberty. When a leftist demands liberty, he means liberty to control others. We are in a total inversion of liberty, at this moment, despite the efforts of Trump and a few others. We have socialized medicine, socialized or government subsidized everything (especially in Communist areas such as Manhattan), we have to acquire permission to do nearly everything, we are censored (unless we are leftist) and (increasingly) we can’t own guns to protect ourselves from the biggest tyrant of all: Government. Genuine liberty is slipping away and all that remains are the concentration camps. If free speech, MAGA and Trump all go down, those camps (in some 21st century version) are coming.

Of course you think that. Platner’s a mindless, overtly Nazi totalitarian brute. You Democrats are socialist, fascist, Muslim, Communist–it’s all the same. The common theme: force and violence for the sake of force and violence. Destruction for the sake of destruction. That is the Democratic Party we face the risk of living under. RINOs, the majority of Republicans now (e.g. John Thune), are your obedient handmaidens. The Party won’t be going back to anything more gentle or reasonable. Trump — whom you claim is all the things Platner is, and Trump’s actually none of them — gave you Democrats and leftists the excuse to now show what you always were: brutes in suits.
