How Are America’s Divisions Repairable?

Everyone has to agree on just one thing: Politically, and in many other ways too, the United States is now in perpetual conflict. What does reconciliation look like? How will we know when things are better? Democrats say more spending, more government, more controls, and enforcement of woke ideology by any means necessary. Trump and various other dissidents say very different things. The point is: These differences cannot be reconciled. Freedom, individual rights, private property, the right to bear arms — they are on one side. Leftists say other priorities matter more.

At the root of it all: Can the Bill of Rights and America as originally conceived and executed in any way be reconciled with the authoritarian absolutism of leftism, embodied at the moment by the decrepit puppet Biden and his endless executive orders and punishment of dissent, taking us to the brink of totalitarianism?

Can you reconcile freedom with tyranny? Even when tyranny is rationalized as sophisticated and virtuous, as the Establishment left is so skillful at doing?

No way. Our differences are irreconcilable. Sooner or later, all of us will be starkly face to face with this fact.
