What “Community Guidelines” Really Means

“Community Guidelines” translated:

We are utterly intolerant of any views other than our own. However, we wish to appear tolerant. So we use the excuse of being sensitive toward the feelings of others as a reason to censor, delete, or erase anything we don’t like. And of course it’s applied selectively. There is no limit to what people may say if it’s in support of one of our attitudes, ideologies or narratives. There is no limit to what we will delete — however factual or reasonable it may be — if it even slightly undermines our attitudes, ideologies or narratives.

We’re SO virtuous we can barely stand ourselves.
