Biden’s comment that he had “practically” declared a climate emergency is reigniting calls on the left for him to actually take such action. [The Hill]
I predicted back in March 2020 that if COVID lockdowns succeeded in garnering compliance, climate lockdowns and other totalitarian measures would be next. The lockdowns were hugely successful. Almost everyone wore masks for 2 years and almost everyone took a rushed jab that (at best) did not work, and (at worst) is causing thousands or more to die prematurely of heart failure.
21st century Americans are COMPLIANT AS HELL.
Now Biden’s regime is making noises about declaring a climate emergency. Just imagine the measures that will be involved. Government shutting down or controlling your thermostats, rationing your ability to drive or leave your house. Don’t think your political stances won’t affect your treatment.
Ask yourself what’s to stop them. Donald Trump? He’s on trial for felonies, including a capital punishment offense. Mass resistance in the population? Seriously? Like the mass resistance we saw none of in 2020-2022? 2024 elections? They’ll use the “climate crisis” to manipulate election returns in swing states just like last time.
I repeat: What’s to stop them?
As Gustav Le Bon (1841-1931) said: The masses have never thirsted after truth. They turn aside from evidence that is not to their taste, preferring to deify error, if error seduce them. Whoever can supply them with illusions is easily their master; whoever attempts to destroy their illusions is always their victim.
