It’s easy to understand why Biden’s campaign is an inactive shell. They know he’s going to be placed into a second term, thanks to a repeat of fraud in Philadelphia, Atlanta and Phoenix. Not to mention additional fraud, manipulation and coercion we don’t yet know about.
The harder question to answer: Why on earth is Mike Pence wasting time and energy running for president?
As for Hunter Biden, get real:
Of course Biden won’t pardon Hunter. His regime is an unaccountable gang of mobsters. Hunter will never be convicted of anything.
