We hear of RINOs (“Republicans in Name Only”) all the time. There are literally a parade of RINOs throughout the Imperial City.
Why do we never hear of DINOs? Why do we never, ever hear about “Democrats in Name Only”?
Because there are none.
Why is that?
Because Democrats are consistent. They all are 100 percent committed to the party line. They are unwavering, unblinking and unrelenting in their hatred of Donald Trump; in their hatred of anyone who supports him; in their hatred of capitalism (except when they, and their politically connected allies are making the money); in their loathing of anyone who is not like them (conservative, free-thinking, independent, religious, self-responsible, productive, decisively NON-political); and in their determination to undermine and ultimately decimate our entire Bill of Rights, including but not limited to the two most important ones — the First and Second Amendments.
Democrats are ruthless, unyielding and consistent. When you put a Democrat on the Supreme Court, you don’t have to find a “left wing” Democrat. They are ALL left wing Democrats. And today, being a Democrat means 100 percent in favor of the unlimited power of government, so long as government is run by Democrats. You can be 100 percent sure of how the Democrat will vote: against the individual, and for the State and Party. Republican appointments? Most are not like Clarence Thomas, who has been unusually steadfast. The rest, including the Trump appointments, won’t even allow the government to examine federal election fraud, at least not when it might anger Democrats to look into it.
We have no DINOs because Democrats are all bad, all evil, and unchanging in their view that the State is 100 percent sovereign over the individual.
We have RINOs because many (most, in fact) Republicans are too corrupted by the Imperial City, or simply too morally frightened, to stand for what they tell their voters every 2-4-6 years they stand for: limited government, individualism and the Constitution.
As she often did, Ayn Rand got it right when she said, “There are two sides to every issue: one side is right and the other is wrong, but the middle is always evil. The man who is wrong still retains some respect for truth, if only by accepting the responsibility of choice. But the man in the middle is the knave who blanks out the truth in order to pretend that no choice or values exist…””
The Democrats are wrong — as wrong as can be. But they stand firm. They never waver. Even facts do not deter them, as we well know.
Republicans, in the majority of cases, do not have the courage of their convictions. Many of them have no convictions, or lost the ones they once had.
If the wrong people are consistent, and the right ones waver every five minutes, then the wrong ones are going to win. NOT because they’re right; but because they face no unwavering opposition.
Trump tried. But he was undermined by everyone — most of all by the RINOs. That’s why America is, at present, going down.
