“The reason we had so many overreaching regulations in our nation is because the church complied,” Rep. Lauren Boebert of Colorado said. “The church is supposed to direct the government. The government is not meant to direct the church. That is not how our Founding Fathers intended it.
“And I’m tired of this separation of church and state junk; that’s not in the Constitution. It was in a stinking letter, and it means nothing like what they say it does.”
WRONG. WRONG. WRONG.
The church is NOT supposed to direct the government. Nor is the government — today run mostly by agnostics or atheists — supposed to do most of what it’s presently doing. THAT’S the problem.
Religious people need to LEAVE NON-RELIGIOUS PEOPLE ALONE. And non-religious people NEED TO LEAVE RELIGIOUS PEOPLE ALONE.
Religious people feel oppressed today because the government won’t let them believe and do as they wish. Look at what happened during COVID: Churches were shut down for over a year while Walmart (a politically connected corporation) was allowed to stay open. This is tyranny. If the government was run by religious people who kept churches open and closed Walmart, this would be tyranny too.
Left-wingers control the government and the culture. They act like they think they’re God. Left-wingers wish to impose their atheism, their Green religion, their sympathy for Muslim terrorism, their bizarre ideas about gender and all kinds of insane, irrational things on the population. By brute force. Rational, religious people are right to rebel. So are rational, non-religious people. Brute force is wrong. It’s most wrong when imposed by governments.
The problem is CONTROL. Religion taking over control from the secular, atheistic idiots currently in charge of things is not the answer. FREEDOM is the only answer. It always was.
