The Milgrim Experiment: Proved that 65 percent of people would bring others to harm simply because an “authority” they’ve never met before told them to do so.
I studied this research as an undergraduate in psychology in the early 1980s. I never dreamed I would be watching the events of this experiment literally play out in America, as well as the rest of the world, 40 years later. Given what this study taught us, I suppose I should not be surprised.
