A Supreme Court vacancy opens and the President of the United States resolves to fill it, with the consent of the U.S. Senate. It’s what the Constitution says. Doesn’t sound too radical, does it? It was good enough for nearly 230-plus years … until Joe Biden’s Communist-fascist totalitarian Democratic Party decided it’s time to change the rules.
