Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) wrote a letter to her Democrat colleagues in the House on Sunday to reveal a new “War Powers Resolution” that amounts to a pre-emptive surrender to Iran in ongoing hostilities. [Breitbart News]

Any enemy of America is a friend of Nancy Pelosi and her fellow leftist fascists.
So President Trump is to be tried for war crimes. According to what standard? “International law”, claims Pelosi. He is to be tried under an “international” tribunal, decrees Pelosi. What about American law? What about the Constitution and the Bill of Rights? What about the right and obligation of the federal government to protect American citizens — and American soldiers abroad — from violent force?
By declaring the attack “provocative and disproportionate,” the resolution also invites international prosecution of the president, as well as members of the administration and the military itself, who carry out his orders. The U.S. does not recognize the authority of the International Criminal Court (ICC) to prosecute Americans for war crimes, but the ICC takes a different view, and a future Democratic administration might well side with the ICC instead. [emphasis added]
The Constitution is no longer relevant. It’s only “international law”, which the House of Representatives aims to substitute for the Constitution. Forget the President (when not a Democrat), forget the U.S. Senate (when not a Democratic majority) and forget the Supreme Court (when not dominated by leftists).
More evidence of the fact that the Democratic Party is now an enemy of the United States every bit as much as Iran. What more evidence do you need?
