We hear about the supposed virtues of “globalism”. But what they mean by “globalism” is global socialism. Or global Communism, or global fascism. Anything but freedom, especially economic freedom.
Ben Franklin beautifully expressed it this way, many years ago:
“God grant that not only the love of liberty but a thorough knowledge of the rights of man may pervade all the nations of the earth, so that a philosopher may set his foot anywhere on its surface and say, ‘This is my country'”.
Now THAT’S globalism.
