Errors Allowed

Q: I feel paralyzed by the thought of making a decision and being wrong, or coming to a conclusion and being wrong. What’s up with me?

A: You fear error because an error, to you, means damnation of you forever. In reality, an error is only an error. ‘Oh, I made an error. I wonder what premise was wrong? Or what fact I missed?” There’s nothing horrible about an error. It’s just an error. Its eventual resolution will lead to only more knowledge and growth.
