Democrats appoint leftist judges who turn out to be Communists. Republicans appoint conservative judges who turn out to be Communists. Freedom is unsustainable if leftists continue to win 90 percent of the battles.
Trump has been an admirable force, and a commendable figure. But clearly, if freedom is not to perish from the earth, we’re going to need a more radical solution than Trump offers.
Trump is 80, and out in 2 years. Republicans as we know them disappoint again, and again and again.
We are staring down the barrel of a Newsom, AOC or even a Mamdani presidency — at which point, it will be too late for any solution.
