The Problem With Pacifism

Pope Leo, preening his papal peacock feathers to an approving media, declares that he’s “not afraid of Trump.” The Establishment swoons over this one. I’m not sure how most Catholics feel about it. I forgot my Catholic school doctrine. Are all wars immoral? Or only wars that benefit America?

The Pope emphasizes that he’s not a political figure and therefore he won’t debate Trump on the issue of the Iran war. Interesting. He gets to express his opinion about whatever he wishes. But he doesn’t have to defend or prove that opinion because he’s above it all — and he’s right, regardless. He won’t get any pushback except from President Trump, and Trump’s most loyal allies and supporters. But the Pope already has denigrated these individuals, so he doesn’t have to respond to them, either.

Pope Leo certainly has the arrogant, elitist and nonobjective attitude of his fellow Communists, socialists, Democrats and leftists. It’s a good thing he believes in an afterlife. Because if we followed Pope Leo’s advice, we’d all be miserable, impoverished and starving martyrs awaiting incineration or enslavement by our Masters in Iran (or Brussels, or Beijing, or the DNC).

So morally, we’re not allowed to defend ourselves. Here’s hoping they come for you, Pope Leo.

I am tired of fools who claim all war is bad, and therefore we should never drop a bomb on anyone, ever. Seriously? If someone tried to shoot you, would you take any measures to stop them? Or is physical force automatically and always wrong, even in obvious self-defense? Iran’s regime has been building nuclear weapons for years, in part with open assistance from the Biden and Obama regimes — every member of whom should have long since been prosecuted and punished as traitors. If we don’t take the Iranian psychopaths out now (as we should have 30 or 40 years ago), then the price of oil and cost of commerce will skyrocket way beyond anything you see at the moment, you whining naysayers. That is, assuming you haven’t been annihilated or radiated by nuclear weapons first. We have the technology to eradicate this enemy without any need of a ground war. I trust we will soon be using it, because President Trump actually means business. Grow up, pacifists.
