[Food Network star] Anne Burrell’s death was ruled a suicide, Fox News Digital can confirm.
The New York Office of Chief Medical Examiner noted the celebrity chef’s cause of death was acute intoxication due to the combined effects of diphenhydramine, ethanol, cetirizine and amphetamine.
Burrell was found unconscious and unresponsive inside her New York City home on the morning of June 17. The New York City Fire Department responded to a 911 call to a Brooklyn residence – one that matched Burrell’s home address – about a reported cardiac arrest, the NYC Fire Department confirmed to Fox News Digital.
Very little about Burrell’s death seems consistent with suicide. Somebody, somewhere in her life would have had a clue. It’s true that sometimes people who take their lives hide their sadness well. But the reaction of close loved ones isn’t usually, “I had no idea.” Not from a close loved one. Their reaction is usually, ” I knew something was wrong. I just didn’t know how wrong.” Burrell did not live an ordinary life. She needed to muster up a ton of energy, energy that no depressed person could ever generate even on a good day. If drugs artificially propped her up, she wouldn’t look as good as she did. Close associates would have sensed SOMETHING. Nobody in all these stories about her appears to be suggesting that, which is very unusual.
I find it bizarre that she did so well with a performance the night before. I recognize she may have had a drug problem. So did Michael Jackson and Marilyn Monroe. But they also were known to have emotional problems, as revealed later. Even the public knew of some of their emotional problems before their deaths. Drugs often lead to accidental deaths, but suicide is not an accident.
There’s something fishy about this whole Anne Burrell death by suicide. I have zero trust in the media about anything. The NYPD no doubt has good people, but their bosses are Communists/fascists and cannot be trusted, either. I can’t prove she did not kill herself. I can only say it makes very little sense. There must be a lot more to the story. Instead of saying so, the media and police want us to believe their narrative. “She killed herself. Nothing more to say or see here.” I am not buying it.
