From 1933 to 2025: Democrats pass socialized programs. The debt and deficits explode. Republicans take over, for a time — and keep the programs going. The deficits and debt explode again. Republicans take the blame, politically. Capitalism takes the blame, ideologically. Democrats eventually take over again — with new socialist programs. The cycle repeats itself. Even with Trump, we have not broken this cycle. What will it take to break this cycle?
