Sarah Milgrim and Yaron Lischinsky, who were killed by a gunman outside the Capital Jewish Museum on Wednesday, met while working at the Israeli Embassy in Washington, her father said. Lischinsky had just bought an engagement ring and planned to propose in Jerusalem next week, an official said.
