Madness Held Accountable — At Last!

OF COURSE Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security are riddled with trillions in fraud. They are government institutions. They do not work for profit or customers. They work for the benefit of politicians seeking unearned money and unlimited power. They face no accountability. They are policed by the very grifters piling the money into their bank accounts. They are ripoffs for all their “beneficiaries,” and we have known that (by the numbers) FOR YEARS. These programs do not exist, and by their nature could not possibly exist, to take care of people. Why is anyone surprised? Socialism, in any form, is the very definition of fraud.

Really good news, and I hope they throw the book at Obama and Biden officials at the Pentagon who either were inexcusably, inconceivably incompetent — or outright traitors. (My guess is the latter.) For years, going back to Obama’s presidency, I have been posting that America’s biggest enemies are in our own country’s Democrat-RINO Establishment. We have to make sure they are defeated like the Nazis, Communists and fascists were defeated in earlier eras. Get rid of them, prosecute them, jail them or deport them. Enough is enough.

Mencken, Ayn Rand, Jefferson, Madison, Ben Franklin, Calvin Coolidge, George Orwell and so many others said about how evil, corrupt, wasteful and bankrupt our Big Government is, or could become. Now look at the evidence uncovered in the last 3 WEEKS. The one percent of the horrors in our rotten-to-the-core monstrosity called a government that we have discovered … it’s trillions times worse than anything these courageous, brilliant souls tried to warn us about.

For a long time, I witnessed the rapid decline of the United States caused by the steady growth of a government that is strangling us. An enormous bureaucracy of unelected officials has held almost unlimited power. Large businesses are so entwined with government that it is difficult to tell where one begins and the other ends.

For the first time, I now have hope for my country. Trump has called his movement MAGA, but it is much more. It is nothing short of a second American Revolution. This time we are fighting a war against an adversary incomparably stronger than King George. But, despite the risk of assassination, Trump is taking a “damn the torpedos full-speed-ahead” approach. The amount that he has accomplished in three weeks almost surpasses belief. He is cutting the cost of government, repealing regulations, shutting down government agencies, firing corrupt bureaucrats, negotiating peace in the horrible wars that Democrats helped start, negotiating mutually beneficial deals with Panama and Greenland, and implementing policies that will increase productivity, economic independence, and national security.

At this pace, imagine where we will be at the end of Trump’s term. The war against the nihilistic and totalitarian Left won’t be over, but the enemy will be seriously damaged and in retreat, rather than laughing while stomping us under their boots.

I have a final word for those who still say: “Well, I don’t like either side, so I will stay neutral.” For God’s sake, grow a backbone. Paraphrasing Ayn Rand: “In a conflict, when one side is right and the other wrong, the middle is always evil.”

Note: David Harriman used to be affiliated with the Ayn Rand Institute, which now espouses anti-Trump hysteria in the name of a philosopher no longer alive to state her position on Trump. A number of readers of this post justifiably praised Harriman for this break. My comment: The Ayn Rand Institute isn’t important enough to be a threat to America, liberty or rationality. However, the fact that they advance leftism and woke-ism in her name is unforgivably sick. Fortunately, Rand’s contributions will long outlive their ridiculous fantasies of significance and delusions of grandeur.

A Delta Airlines plan flipped on landing in Toronto yesterday, and a badly hurt child was among 8 casualties.

Even though it’s Canada, this will get blamed on Trump. And I suppose it will also get blamed on a shortage of drag queen or lesbian pilots. If you want to understand the actual causes of the fall of civilization, read Ayn Rand’s classic, Atlas Shrugged. It’s about what happens when an unaccountable, loathsome and insane government (Canada’s government qualifies) pushes industry AWAY from the profit motive and pleasing customers toward insane, irrational standards. In real life, like in fiction, it always ends in tears.

[When I posted this, I meant it as sarcasm that President Trump would be blamed for the crash. It turns out that most of the media blames his cancellation of DEI policies for the crash.]

Leftists and elites in the Imperial City are terrified. But don’t take too much comfort in that fact. Rabid animals are terrified, too. A wild lion or bear is terrified before it kills you. Terrified creatures need to be restrained. Or, if that’s not possible, at least kept at bay before they attack. Because they WILL attack. The events of 2020 — an international lockdown followed by orchestrated riots and looting — illustrate what the elites losing power did in response to Trump’s first term. Now that Trump is going close to all the way, they will be even more frightened and therefore even more ruthless in their response.

THERE IS NOTHING THEY WON’T DO. Not morally speaking, because collectivists, socialists, corporatists and leftists are (at best) amoral. Money and power are all they live for, and nothing will stand in their way. George and Alex Soros are freaking monsters, and have more wealth at their disposal than Hitler and Stalin ever dreamed of. As you read this they are planning their next response, which will make 2020 seem like nothing. I guarantee this 100 percent. Wasn’t 2020 bad enough? Far worse is forthcoming. Be ready.
