Conservatives and Republicans are HELPLESS to do anything about the decimation of Trump, his candidacy, their party, and all they claim to hold dear. Why? Because they have not accepted that we are already in a state of civil war: Since at least 2020. They fantasize that it’s 1980, or 1994, and that they win at the ballot box. There is no ballot box. It’s over. Either you fight physical aggression and savagery with twice the force — or you lose. Pretending that we are not in a state of war isn’t merely delusional. It’s a form of surrender. This is war. If you don’t accept this fact, you will not win.
Some in the GOP reportedly propose taking Biden off the ballot in red states where they have control.
This is the correct principle, of proportional retaliation in kind. However, Republicans are, by and large, too spineless (or blackmailed, or paid off) to do it.
And, even if they did, it would merely prove my point: The American republic is finished. Grieve, but move on. And let’s get on with the divorce.
You cannot vote a dictatorship out of office. You must forcibly throw them out. This will never change.
