U.S. Senator Ted Cruz: “The country is screwed for the next four years” due to the GOP’s failure to regain the majority, saying “because of this, we’re gonna see horrible Left-wing judges confirmed for the next two years, because of this. We’re gonna see judges taking away our free speech rights, our religious liberty rights, our Second Amendment rights. It is an enormous missed opportunity. And I gotta say, it is hard to describe my feelings as anything other than rage.”
Correct. We appear to be past the tipping point. Even a Republican landslide might have been too little, too late, although control over judge appointments would have helped. Leftist control of the government for 2-6 more years will ensure the finishing off of the First Amendment and Second Amendment, the two most important rights we have. We have to find another way to fight for our freedom, because under these one party dictators we have no Bill of Rights.
