Motivation: Not the Only Thing

“Motivation will only serve you for a moment. In order to sustain progress, you need a system.” [author of this quote unknown]

If you’re unwilling to do the work — beyond just saying, “Give me motivation,” as if life were a passive enterprise — then you’re not going to get the results you want.

You — and only you — are in the driver’s seat of your life. This is not an opinion; it’s a fact. It’s a metaphysical given.

While it’s true that you cannot control everything — nobody can — it’s likewise true that you are the only person in your body, and with your mind, 24/7. If you don’t or can’t do it … then nobody else can, either.
