So in Delaware (a typical blue state), the Governor has opened up hair salons. The problem: The restrictions are so great, the hair salons will not be able to make a profit. It makes even less economic sense to open up than to stay closed. Restaurants will face the same thing, when/if the Governor-dictator ever gets around to “opening” them back up.
We are literally a Communist state now. Previously, privately owned businesses now are, in effect, to be run by the government. The virus provided a convenient excuse. This is not a drill. This is really happening. Business owners are afraid to alienate the Governor-dictator. But what are they supposed to do: Operate at a loss? And how does this benefit their customers? This is beyond insane. It’s undiluted evil.
