Why Isn’t Everyone in Sweden Dead?

Sweden and Michigan both have a population of around 10 Million.

Michigan, in total lockdown, has 33,966 #COVID19 cases.

Sweden, open with no lockdown, has 16,755 cases.

How and why do you think that is?

Why isn’t everyone in Sweden dead? If our federal and state governments were right — that continuing lockdowns are the only thing that will save us — then how is Sweden surviving without continuing lockdowns?
