Government aid packages for coronavirus make no sense. If we need tax cuts to get through a crisis, then we should have lower taxes in the first place. Tax cuts should be massive and permanent, as should spending cuts.
More government spending will do nothing–other than inflate the power and corruption of the government and increase the debt. Unfunded mandates on private companies like “family leave” will hurt businesses, along with the employees who NEED those businesses to survive.
At the end of the day, this crisis will pass despite the government, not because of it. And the overwhelming blame for the economic downturn is the MEDIA. The media is full of dishonest, ignorant, economically illiterate and mostly soulless twits who will destroy civilization if we let them.
