“Only God Can Judge Me”… Seriously?

“Only God can judge me”. I saw this pasted to a car this morning, driven by a person driving like a terrorist — weaving across lanes and doing 75 (at least) where the limit was 55. Thank GOD for defensive drivers (like me) who stay out of the way and prevent accidents!

“Only God can judge me.” My reaction to the slogan: Not so fast. Judging means thinking. Thinking is the human basis for common sense, survival, knowledge — everything. I CAN judge you. Or at least, I can judge your driving. In fact, my safety (and yours), in this case, relies upon my ability and willingness to judge quickly and effectively.

I know nothing else about you other than your driving. But your driving surely reveals something about who you are. And it’s not something I judge as desirable.
