“Hillary, your foreign policy was a disaster for our country and the world — resulting in the deaths and injuries of so many of my brothers and sisters in uniform, devastating entire countries, millions of lives lost, refugee crises,” and more, Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, Democratic presidential candidate, said.
And: “Your foreign policy was a disaster for our country and the world. It’s time for you to acknowledge the damage you have caused and step down from your throne.”
Wow. Tulsi Gabbard is really great, isn’t she? She’s standing up to the arrogant Queen — telling her to get off the throne. And she’s a Democrat.
But, in all honesty, I can’t get that excited. So what if a hard core leftist socialist fascist tells off the reigning queen? So what if she condemns Hillary Clinton for the corruption that she herself has not yet had a chance to display — but most definitely will if she’s ever given her turn at major power?
Stalin and Hitler were both evil. Yet they hated each other, and fought in a war against each other. Does this alter the fact that both of them were evil?
Before you crown Tulsi Gabbard the next Donald Trump, go to the website of her presidential campaign. You will find things like:
“Our nation was founded on the values and principles of putting service above self …”
Really?
The last time I checked, the Declaration of Independence declared the right of all individuals to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. The U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights were based on this principle.
If the central purpose of life is to serve others, then you don’t need individual rights. In fact, individual rights get in the way. Who are YOU to proclaim your right to free speech (the First Amendment) or the right to defend and arm yourself (the Second Amendment)? You exist to serve — not to live. Sure, you get to live — so long as you’re serving the people the authorities in power say you’re supposed to serve.
Look at Tulsi’s stance on the issues. FOR socialized medicine. Against capitalism. FOR wealth redistribution. FOR radical environmentalism, nothing more than an excuse and pretext for actual Communism. These positions are nothing new. But they’re just as horrible when Tulsi supports them as when Bernie Sanders or AOC support the same things.
And don’t reply, “But she was a soldier”. The most evil dictators in human history were soldiers. Whatever Tulsi thought she was defending by being in the military, it wasn’t the things that freedom-loving Americans hold dear. Quite honestly, given that she’s a statist Democrat, she probably joined the military to advance the career. Give her power, and she will turn out just like Hillary Clinton. Or even worse.
If you’re going to admire Tulsi Gabbard for standing up to Hillary Clinton, then you have to admire her for her radical socialist, fascist and totally collectivist, anti-individual views too.
I don’t accept the package. And I never will.
That’s one of the reasons why Tulsi Gabbard’s rants against Hillary Clinton don’t mean much to me.
