When Talking Helps

Does talking help? Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Sometimes, talking is worrying.

Worrying accomplishes nothing, although it raises blood pressure and tension.

Sometimes talking is: planning; thinking; developing a rational, or more positive, perspective. Talking in and of itself is neither helpful nor worthless. Those who refuse to process their inner lives are repressing the ability to have a rational perspective, and are therefore creating problems.

Those who talk endlessly, and without focus, about their worries are creating problems as well. HOW you talk matters, because how you think matters.
